Tootsie Rollers - The Boys Go Wild

Hello my dears,
I know I promised my new vintage party season find for this next post, but I wanted to show you all lovely lot something before I forgot. It is this new retro mostly 40's inspired band, made up of six galmourous ladies, called The Tootsie Rollers. I really like this band, as although there are other 40's wartime sweetheart inspired bands, I thought that there were none like this, who appear to have recently produced their own song. I liked the song, its really catchy and it does grow on you the more you listen to it, but what I really liked was the video. I love how at the beginning, each member of the band is introduced as a classic WW2 famous figure which was to boost the morale of the soldiers. I love how the video is in black and white, as well as being inspired by my favourite era. I think it has that old Hollywood glamour appeal to it, which I just love, similar to the Christina Aguilera video "Ain't no other man", which I just love, although Christina's is more 30's than 40's. I love how upbeat the song is, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did,
